How to SCHEDULE YOUR OWN SHOWINGS to Sell Your House FAST

Want to know how to schedule your own showings to sell your house fast? Whether your house is listed For Sale By Owner (FSBO) or with a real estate agent, these advanced scheduling strategies can spark faster and higher offers for your home.

If you happen to have your house listed without an agent, following these strategies will also give you the tools and the confidence you need to seal the deal on your own!


STRATEGY #1 - The Stacking Method

If you're getting a lot of action on your property listing, it's time to turn that interest into offers! Choose a day about 3-7 days out to hold all of your showing appointments. As you screen your buyers, schedule showings for each of them back-to-back, about 30 minutes apart. You can pull off the stacking method with a minimum of two appointments, but feel free to schedule 3-4 (or more!) to create more competition.

In the best case scenario, many of your potential buyers will cross paths and see for themselves that there are other people interested in the house. If they are serious about buying your house, the pressure will be on for them to make their fastest and highest offer before someone else does!


STRATEGY #2 - Use Your Action to Spark Their Action

Even if you only have one serious and qualified buyer - don't sweat it! You can still create a sense of competition and enough sales pressure to knock them off the fence! During the showing, be sure to mention the action that you are getting on your listing whether it is the number of views on a particular platform or number of calls you've received on the property. The idea is to make the buyers realize that they need to act fast or they could miss out!


BONUS TIP - Screen Your Buyers

An important part of pulling off either of these strategies effectively is being sure that your buyers are property screened BEFORE you schedule a showing.
